I have a real Batman and a replica Batman from a great factory. No lie, the crown and 9 marker on the genuine isn't even as lined up as the rep! People would think the real one is the gen if compared side to side. I keep the gen in a safe and wear my rep out in case I damage it. I have a combo of gens and reps and no one questions them.

Yes you can tell the difference, but one cost $17k, and the other cost $200. Lets be fair, the fake is a pretty good buy for that! And the super fake (clone) you mentioned, is identical. Some even use the exact same materials. Crazy.

It's wild to compare a new $70 clone vs this $200 cone from 2-3 years ago. They've totally fixed the font & crown logo on yhe dial even below $100. Even the date window zoom is more accurate. The only issue I can see with these new $70 clone is they don't use anti reflective coating on the underside of the date window. And light reflections make it look a little blown out or distorted. And still no hour jump. But otherwise fully functional GMT features.

Hate to break it to you Chris, but for $500 to $600, you can get a real replica. The differences will be almost non existent. You also did not discuss the SEL gap, which is huge on your replica. Be careful with these comparison reviews. The watch overlords have forced youtube to close down sites making these comparison videos. Also, yeah it's illegal to knownly sell a replica watch. I wouldn't even talk about selling one on your channel. Also, for the record, your replica is what is known as a DH shitter. Worth about $80.

bear in mind even so called low grade fakes are using the same materials as genuine including Ceramic on bezel and crystal face. Its all down to quality control . The super clones are very close nowadays. If you get a good swiss movement in your clone the real one isnt worth the difference you are paying for the name. Dont get me wrong I have a 16710 and 1680 and quality is amazing but clones will last many years and for some on low buget they are a good option

That fake is not as bad as some.I'm surprised u didn't mention that Rolex started engraving a Rolex crown on the inside of the crystal above the 6 index.I believe this started with the 50th anniversary. My Kermit sub has it, which is a 50th anniversary model . Look hard it's there.Heard it was done strictly to ward off counterfeits.🍻

The super clone replicas have been adding that crown at the 6 o’clock for a couple of years now. The replica in this video is clone grade at best, maybe a $150 watch. You can get a superclone or hybrid superclone that will be almost indistinguishable for about $6-700.

I hate the whole idea of a fake but my God, the prices of these things the last 18 months Have gotten out of control. I had 10 grand set aside about a year and a half ago for a submariner. I own a AAA Batman Rolex and in no way do i try to proclaim thats my Rolex is genuine. All your nick picks at the tiny differences don't make me believe theres a 20grand price difference between them. The craftsmanship on the AAA to be made on a shoe string and for it to look so close when the Rolex is worth 20 grand it shouldn't be possible for them to even slightly similar

Within 2 seconds of looking, I could see the one on the right was fake, firstly by the awkward second hand, and secondly by the really crude date and cyclops magnif. Also, the white gold on the gen is more pronounced and reflective around the hour markers, whilst the fake is quite duller, as it would be metal cut from a sheet. The fake looks like it beats at 4 times per second. The gen bezel has platinum numerals which is why it's grey, whilst the fake is brighter as its obviously a grey/white paint.

My AP, RO, OS, Chronograph QE II, Cup, in Rose Gold, looks a lot better and you can also see the hand made movement ....
