Listen here, UK. I know that your prison sentences are ridiculously and laughably light compared to the magnitude of crimes committed, but if a guy has 75 convictions, including for violence…he should NOT be out of prison. That is all, thank you.

Few questionable things said in this case. “Nisha’s mistake was falling for the wrong man.” Nope. “Nisha was too brave for her own good.” Nope. You've got to be a pretty stupid "professional" criminal to dump the murder weapon close to the scene in a drain when it's common knowledge that police routinely search drains! But then he had over 75 convictions which suggest that he wasn't the brightest spark in covering his tracks or he thought he was invincible.

@keithwarrington2430
@keithwarrington2430 3 ай бұрын
@@redpillreloaded369 murder weapons have a bit of a "hot potato" essence to them, the criminal knows that the police will be called to a murder and it's one of the only things in this country where they will actually arrive quickly, so they don't know if there are any witnesses that saw their car near the house and they don't want to be stopped and have the weapon in their car. Despite being big tough looking guys they are also scared and have a lot of adrenaline in their systems most murderers actually dump the murder weapon even sooner than he did, it's why so many are actually found. And you're right of course they ar usually scared of hard work and aren't the sharpest cards in the pack ot they'd be making a good living doing something honest which requires hard work and intelligence.

She gave me some hope.I didn't realise she lived just down the road until this tragic incident.Police went knocking door to door mainly focused on every black male in the area doing stop and search. The husband spent most of his time with relatives laughing and jocking around outside. I didn't know him personally but I suspected him as his behaviour was odd and the police instead of monitoring him. Were watching and suspecting the wrong people all together. I wish a sentence of life meant just that. If you get a 20 year sentence serve 20. Today they should call a death sentence means no parole. Life should mean it. Victims families get surprised sometimes after the fact that a person that killed their loved 1 is out on parole. Those that do get out should have a monitored ankle bracket that actually gets monitored. The system seems to care more about a criminals rights over victims (survivors) rights. Criminals should loose rights that law abiding citizens have. Isn't the idea to protect citizens.

I feel that I need to comment as I knew both Fadi and Nisha. I was 17 years old and just dropped out of College because I was homeless and didn't have a place to stay as I had a row with my father about me staying out late night. After around 3 weeks my father and I reconciled and I managed to move back into my family home. But my father wasn't happy about me just lounging around while all my four brothers were still studying so he told me to find a job, the year was 2002 beginning of June. I went down to my local job centre and starting searching for jobs. After about an hour or two I found a job for a car valeting service which needed no experience necessary, so i called the number and was asked to come to the interview at East Finchley station I asked them where from the station and they said they'll give me a call when I'm there. As soon as I come out the station I get a ring on my phone telling me to jump inside a Mercedes across the road which I did and literally interview took place inside a car in 5 minutes and I got the job. I was now working for Fadi as a mobile car valeting service. After just one week I despised Fadi he was obnoxious not proud of his heritage actually hated where he came from. During the nest two weeks I met Fadis mum, sister and some close friends(His Mum was like the worst Mum to have, his sister was a joke to all woman couldn't even carry a sentence she also was dating some asian bloke) I also met his girlfriends brother who was running a dry cleaning company in Brondesbury i remember once or twice meeting Katen Patel. Anyway fast forward two weeks and he'd employed another bloke called Danny, now when Danny and I was working together without FAdi we had fun I mean we were washing high end cars like Rolls Royce, Bentley, McLaren, Porsche, Lamborghini and Ferraris. How he got those clients I had no idea, but after speaking to our clients who like Danny and I much more than Fadi informed us that Fadi used to work for a guy who actually bagged all these high end customers. So we knew then that it had nothing to do with Fadi coz he was an unlikeable guy literally living off the reputation of his old boss. Anyway after two weeks we were meant to get paid but we didn't. Fadi gave us an excuse like "We had guys working for us and after we paid them, they'd just disappear" so he was going to hold two weeks of our payment "JUST IN CASE". Another two weeks pass and we get happy we will finally get paid only for Fadi to turn around and say no we are going to withhold one month of your pay just in case you guys run away. By this time Danny and I were ready to leave but we both urged Fadi that he at least could pay part of the money to us after hours of arguing he finally agreed. He told us to go to Sudbury to his then girlfriend to collect some money. This was the first time I met Nisha, what a lovely person to be around I don't know what it was her politeness or just her insurmountable kindness that struck both me and Danny but we instantly got along with her and she paid us from her pocket (poor girl, if I knew then what I know now we would've never taken her money) £100 each just so we could survive another week, she was running an independent hair salon out of your little house. We are now in our 5th week of working for Fadi and already Danny seems reluctant to work after about another week of washing, polishing and waxing cars we were at our widths end. In our 6th week Danny had taken out a loan and also quit the job so it was back to me and Fadi washing cars and boy O boy he was unbearable. Before taking the job Fadi apparently had an operation on the back of his neck or spine so sometimes he would wear a neck brace but when he was driving never wore it, he only wore it when we were washing cars I think he just wore it to get sympathy from people. I couldn't take his orders anymore of be quick be quick faster faster so angrily picked up the bucket and threw at in his direction. He said you'll regret it, you don't know me. I went home he kept calling me to come back to work i told him to f*^+ off. After 3 hours Fadi arrives outside my house with 3 big guys, I'm quite sure it was all 3 of the above but knowing Lucifer (Roger Leslie) comes out and tells me I better come back to work which I replied to him no way then the other two jump out I think Emmanuel and Jones anyway after much arguing with them they all turned around and told Fadi to pay me for the work that I did, also saying to Fadi come on you told us after this you'd buy us some chicken which tells me everything about this scumbag. The same night I threaten Fadi with something saying if he didn't pay me for the work I did I will report him to the government that he was claiming Disability allowance when he was working with me with no difficulties. So in the night he comes to my house with Nisha (poor girl also got dragged into this because of Fadi) and have a conversation with my father about me coming back to work but he refused so Nisha paid me not in full coz Fadi was being an Extortionist but after that we parted ways and didn't hear from him until i saw the news. I just can't believe I used to work for a murderer and I wish I took more time to get to know Nisha

We were never really provided with a real and credible reason why the evil husband went to so much organising to have his wife murdered. She was his provider so it just doesn’t make sense that he murder her. He obviously must have been “off his tree” which makes me think that the judgement of minimum 20 year sentence just isn’t appropriate. This guy should be incarcerated for the rest of his natural life and never to be released. I fear for what happens when he is released back out into the very community to which his has betrayed. What an excuse for a human being. SO EVIL.

I 🙏 for her and family silently instead. It was on when I opened Utube, so I watched it. I am sure Fadi was also a Police Constable? That was not indicated in the documentary. The sentences were quite minimal, and with good behaviour, those guys should be transformed by now into model characters ready for their renewed start in life. Does it really work like this? We live in hope! In God we trust!

English laws are so laughable. What's the point of even having a prison or jail to reform these monsters when they aren't getting proper sentences. I'm so sorry for this beautiful lady. May her soul R.I.P. and may her memories live on forever 🙏 ❤
@MikeGreenwood51
@MikeGreenwood51 Жыл бұрын
The laws are not English Laws as such. They are UK (United Kingdom) laws. But they are referred to often as The English Law. Referred to in books and educational establisments. The prison service is a tiered system with lesser and higher security ratings. So if there is an incorporated reform potential that does not mean that at the higher levels reform will be part of the prisoner's options. But I suppose that with in the prisons there is what could be called a community or society of fellon and where such a society exists there are or have been some whose sentence is that in their case life should mean life. That they are considered beyond reform. Or that no amount of supposed reform is to be allowed to allow them their return to the out side society. But whilst that is a fact there is still that society or community of fellons with in the prison walls who still may need to live cheek to cheek in close proximity to each other. So should they all just be condemmed as 100% just bad. 'end of story'. Or be allowed the potential of reform. Of turning from their criminal activities to lve a better life with out causing injury to others? The primary objective is not reform but the removal of those 'Monsters' convicted criminals from general society. Once removed they may have the opputunity to 'reform'. But as said the prison system has tiers where those willing to reform or to learn or accept a more aggreable way are allowed the privillage of learning new skills (Reform). But some may be passed deeper in to the incarceration system where their privillagers are reduced. Some may end up in solitary confinment with an occasional escorted walk at the discretion of the prison staff as their limited privillage. If the 'having of jails or prisons is indeed as you imply beyond your comprehension. Then they are for the incarceration of convicted criminals and as a reminder that the right of freedom is not a right reguardless of behaviour. If it is truly beyond your comprehension then maybe it is your views or opinions which are laughable rather that the actual Uninited Kingdom Laws. No one sentenced them or sent them to prison for reform. They were sent to be removed from general society. A minimum sentence of twenty years is an initial sentence. It is not the be all and end all of the prisoner's sentence. They have the potential for release after the minimum is served based on their behaviour behind bars with in the confinds of a prison. But the sentence can be increased with extra sentences if their behavior merits.

At the end, the victim's friend said repeatedly: "She loved him so much". Unfortunately, as it is with many women, her "love" made her STUPID. Domestic violence doesn't start when the abuser first physically attacks the woman. Domestic violence REALLY begins when the man and woman first meet. It starts then because most victims of domestic abuse, like Nisha, are too overcome with "romantic love" to start making objective evaluations of the man who they have met. It's PURE BS when you hear an abused woman say that "one day he turned from Prince Charming into a Monster". A woman like that was just "blinded by romantic love" until it was too late. Although the smear campaign in the press after her death wasn't right, there is little doubt for me that Nisha's "love" for Fadi made her blind to the fact that she was hooking up with a self professed pimp. How can any rational woman, a volunteer police officer no less, expect a relationship with a pimp to work out well ??? Listen, ladies !!! When your new BF tells you up front that he's a pimp, THAT Is A Red Flag !!! When will women finally take responsibility for their own lives and stop blaming men for their own foolish decisions ? NO One deserves to be murdered, but some people are apparently smarter than others about how to avoid situations that can get them murdered. And any woman who marries a self professed Pimp is truly clueless in that regard. RIP Nisha !!! ... jkulik919@gmail.com
