Namaste 🙏 I really enjoy your meditations with your soothing calming voice. I just came across this one. I am grateful to have found this as I was diagnosed 2013 with dis-ease MS told id be in a wheelchair in 6mnths so suffered with the debilitating dis-ease for 8 months my whole left side was affected along with the negative mind talk until I started to listen to your guided meditations which helped me find out how powerful my mind was having allowed it to be in control. I am grateful for you and also myself 🙏 knowing I am stronger than my niggling fearful thoughts and i took control of my mind body spirit and soul seeing more light than darkness. I am currently working towards working with firstly diagnosed to tell my story and let them know, by working with your meditations ALL can control their thoughts feelings and actions once acceptance, self-love, self-belief and commitment we ALL ARE CAPABLE OF HEALING OURSELVES. Namaste 🙏 this 1 is going to be fabulous to do with any1 that chooses to be in control of their temple and the shadow-side we all have. Thank you so much for sharing this Sarah. Hello Rachel, I hope this finds you well & reaches you quickly! I also used Eastern plus Western Medicine to try to heal my body/mind from an accident that caused a concussion with brain swelling & resulted in Fibromyalgia due to the ongoing extreme pain from head, neck, compressed ribs and spinal injuries... As I still have physical disabilities & chronic pain, with flare-ups, I continue searching for answers & relief. I recently discovered a Doctor Terry Wahls, who successfully healed herself from MS! She's back to working & playing after being wheelchair bound! Her BOOK is The Wahls Protocol: Diet based & tested, both on herself & on patients in clinical trials! You can find her videos on KZbin & Book on Amazon! I'm doing it, gradually transitioning, & I do eat eggs as I don't have any issues with them & they're easy & nutritious... As I go along that may change if I don't see enough results, but at this point I want to get as much nutrition in my body as possible! She goes into great detail as to what foods to eat & why, also including supplements & what to expect from them. She also covers some.e of the MS medicines she used. I have to say the graphics on this very beautiful video are quite stunning 💞 I had to get up for a bathroom visit at 52:56 and when I came back to bed the dark room was lit up by my tablet and I looked and thought oh wow and then frame skipped right thru to see the fabulous scenery and now I'm starting over again to bring stress levels down and chill into Thursday. Karen I lost a dear loved one February 26th 2021 my love and best friend ❤️ whom I was crippled and sometimes still am with grief what you do is let it all go go through all the emotions and you let yourself breakfree and heal while it never gets any better it does get easier to live with and one thing I believe is that are love ones never die but transcend to a another realm they never leave us ❤️ they send signs through others mentioning there names are you hear something that they use to say or see something rhey use to do. Or mother nature Gaia she reminds us with are animal friends are loved ones are that gentle breeze on a warm sunny day they are in our dream state they come to see us they are always with us through may e coins pennies from heaven some say but I promise you hun meditate go out in nature Sarah Raymond's and her husband's mindful movements are great for helping you through the difficult times.. I hope this helped somewhat hun also funny thing or coincidence my beloved last name was Hilbert I see yours is Gilbert. Spirit has a funny way of sending signs but signs synchronicity they surely are darlin ❤️ sending my love light prayers to you I ask that your angels and spirit guides comfort you and help you connect to your dad on the other side. Know they are Still with You in Spirit, keep an open mind and awareness for signs from them, it could be birds, Butterflies, feathers, a song, something that You two shared a Special connection over. Talk about them and to them often ....saying their name out loud and sharing memories about them will bring them to You..... Blessed Be 🙏🙏

Here's an idea: Just write an index card starting with " Thank you dad for:. and list of all the wonderful things about him. At the end put Thank you God for this gift of great dad. Mine was a funny guy but abandoned us for another family and wouldn't pay child support and disappeared .

Karen, when you start to feel overwhelmed with sadness and pain, try to think about how FORTUNATE you are that you had this wonderful dad and all the good things he did. Some of us like myself, had a dad that abandoned us and of course we dated shitty men. So try to feel the gift of his life. Do good stuff like singing, play music, exercise!

Please help me with staying asleep. I wake up around 2:30-3:00 a.m. and can’t fall asleep until 5:00a.m. Then I almost fall asleep that I have to wake up to go to work. Please help and guide me!!! Greatly appreciate your response!

Yust a question, how late do you get in bed? I used to have the same for a period. Listening to Sarah really helps me now, especially the same one for 21 days onnthe row minimally. But before I discovered this goldmine, I also take out all electricity cables from the sockets in my bedroom. But the key of breaking that 3 to 5 window awake and then fall exausted asleep around 6 to get up at 7 for the kids. I went to bed one hour earlier then I used to temporarely. Little wake up at 1. But because its a different phase in the sleepcycle, I fall back into slumber more easely. to have a full cycle of 2,5 hours again, I dont wake up by alarmclock in phase 2 of 4 stage sleepcycle. Prevents sleepinertia and thus groggyness. Of cause real luxery was back then, I could go back to bed for 1 or 1,5 h aftet I brought kids to school. That made me keep up, with all my tasks later in the day. And give fysical recovery, for my chronic disease. One of the reasons I woke up is pain at that hour. Now its different. But may be you can do your benefit, or adjustments, with my specifics in my experience. All the best to all of you, sweet dreams and every day better and better health upon awakening!!🧸🌠💮🛸

Hi Sarah, I was a bit surprised when your husband and you had left. All I know, is for 3or 4 days alot of people seemed to have arrived here by phone and left the same way they had came. Let me know if it is useful or not. This is very relaxing.. But 3 years in listening on repeat none stop every night.. . When does the healing start.. It doesn't work really... All this auto suggestion is total bs sorry but after 3 years I'm giving up

I'm sorry but this just didn't work for me. I think the reason is that we are "doing" too much still doing breathing exercises 14 minutes in. Having to focus on that keeps me up. I'd recommend just 1 minute real quick and get into the meditation. It's fine for the daytime but I just can't be following directions for that long it keeps me up.
