thank you so so much for this, Julie. I recently injured my achilles tendon about 4 weeks ago and it's taking its time healing. I'm going to do this every day! I know I can heal :)

So so good. Broke my arm and damaged tissue just walking, went over on my ankle, so not sport injury. Helped so much. I'm going to do it every day till I'm better. Was very frustrated with the process, but feeling less so now. Thank you so much 💓

Thank you ! So much. I fell on a few covered hill of ice plants and rocks 😫! Then, next day I went and got a massage. Asked for gentle touch. Kept having to ask her to go easy. Injury upon injury 🥴! This routine has helped some. I’ll keep tapping!

Julie Julie Julie! Thank you so much for this. I was sitting in my L-shaped desk musing over the computer when the table just blew out from underneath me - landing me square on my back and immediately felt injury in my neck. I landed hard. I started tapping immediately. Looked up injury and found this. Oh Man! Within 3 minutes of the injury I tapped with rescue remedy and am icing it. This helped with the fight or flight response along with the shock. I'll be using this tap for a few days at least. Blessings once again.

Getting a giggle - as I changed the wording from "these things happen in sports" to "these things can happen in my office" ha ha. You might say I have an active office life. .. 😎

I’m using this EFT session for a sprain in my foot/toe. I didn’t take the injury serious at first & may have made things worse. 4 weeks in & I’m still having to stay off of it as much as possible. The line about forgiving myself brought up tears & definitely moved some energy. How often do you recommend tapping? A few times a day? Thank you so much!
@Julieschiffman Жыл бұрын
Tap as often as it feels good for you. If you have the time to tap multiple times I day then I suggest it. You are just moving the energy thru. If it feels like it’s too much then taper back. Keep up the good work 💜✨😊

I’m sending you big healing hugs. I do not have a video specifically for that. This is a good one to do along with some of the pain videos. Hope it helped and you are on the mend 💚

I have a “hairline fracture” in my right foot that seemed to come out of nowhere. The tapping greatly helped to lighten my fear, frustration, and self-blame; and the pain is now gone. Thank you, & bless you.🩵
