I would say from my vast experience, you are like 80% of recruiters who have left an agency or a corporate role to WFH and just enjoy the work and grind. Agreements are cotingent on country and industry so what I use won't necessarily work perfect for the UK. I would suggest UK based forums/groups and ask there!
