One thing about Seagal's Japanese is that he's quite brusque with the chef. Unless he's a close friend with that chef, his manner of speaking could be seen as being rude... which actually fits perfectly with his character.

Check out a movie called Bugsy malone. It's a kinda kids version of the gangster movies. Anyway, they have this thing called a splurge gun, imagine a Tommy gun that shoots blobs of whipped cream. I always wanted one, but it turns out that they were nothing but problems and even using them in the movie was hugely labor intensive because they were always jamming or getting gunky but they were cool and the idea is awesome.
