Watching two episode of lost episode, it seem that Seagal is totally lost in his own show. Compared to New Orleans, Arizona police dept look more competent and more into their duty while ignoring Seagal. While previous season Seagal seem like the main character, the lost episode actually showing how small role and his duty that he's nothing more that a mascot.
