There is a scene in Batman: Arkham Knight where the titular Arkham Knight is explaining to his goons to avoid shooting the bat logo because that is the most armored spot. The Arkham Knight is explaining Batman's weaknesses to give his side an edge. Reed in this movie is doing the same thing, except unintentionally, and fucking over his allies to a dangerous threat. That's why its stupid, its REALLY not hard to figure out, it really isn't... Also, she has displayed telekensis strong enough to rip apart Ultron bots, she doesn't need reality warping to immieditly use this power to snap his neck...also if Reed doesn't know what she is capable of, he shouldn't give ANY information about his allies to her. Knowing nothing about her makes that even worse, not better.

The joke aside, this is why its important not to make a supervillains power too vague. When they can essentially do anything it becomes very hard to craft a battle scene that actually makes sense, as we will always be asking ourselves why they didn't use their ill defined power to do something besides what they did. Understanding a characters limitations is very important.

Just by being here via Dreamwalking, Wanda's accelerating the risk of an Incursion even more than Sacred Strange and Chavez already are, so it's at bare minimum their entire universe on the line, even worse stakes than when they fought Thanos because he only wanted a culling of half the life. Finally, a group as ruthless as they are (executed their Strange AFTER he admitted his mistake, renounced the Darkhold, never touched it again and helped them save the universe from Thanos, then threatened to execute Sacred Strange just because he MIGHT be a threat in future when he's not done anything and just wants to go home) would absolutely consider killing Illuminati-verse Wanda to stop Scarlet Witch and save their universe. Put together all those factors (Incursion risk, Telepathic access, Ruthlessness) and there's no way this band of wallies would feel "indestructible" or overconfident when going up against Wanda, since she's a bigger scale threat than Thanos was just through the Incursion risk AND they only beat him with the help of the Book of Vishanti.....which they needed Illuminati-verse Strange's help to find in the first place and cannot access anymore because only he had the passcode. If anything, they should be WETTING THEMSELVES and going in all guns blazing.
