hey bro from all your video none of them as yoga to develop the chest (thorax) we, as beginner are a little lost on all of these yoga, there are soooo many. However i think you can guide us on making a video about it?
@RefeelYoga3 жыл бұрын
Hey J, I'm sorry but I'm not quite sure exactly what is it you're asking. Can you possibly rephrase your question in another way?

@@RefeelYoga develop plexus solar, we need some info about that. apparently there are some yoga to develop the chest muscles where the solar plexus is just there, maybe you could guide us?
@RefeelYoga3 жыл бұрын
@@user-ic6kv7dj4x The solar plexus correlates with Manipura Chakra, which I have many videos on. Check out "Raise Your Vibration" challenge or "New Year, New Me". The chest is generally more connected with Anahata Chakra, which can be worked on energetically through pranayama such as this, or emotionally! In this case check out my "Love & Light" 10 Day Challenge. If you are just looking to develop chest muscles, I would recommend doing a variety of pushups; normal pushups, wide, diamond, etc. I like this kind of practice too! Though it's not really in the scope of the channel for me to share such videos here

@@RefeelYoga Thanks bro, quick question. When someone is not enough flexible to do certain exercises correctly or at all should he skip them 🤔 I've done your awaken the ten bodies and afterwards felt something in my chest (Even too i did the exercises not as correctly as you lol)
@RefeelYoga3 жыл бұрын
@@user-ic6kv7dj4x the most important quality to remember is to do everything with presence and awareness. Even if you cannot do some action or posture fully, if you do it with awareness, you will not cause any harm. And for anything that is completely inaccessible, you can visualize yourself performing it. In this way you can train yourself to prepare for the action, first mentally. Then eventually physical performance will become accessible.

After doing pranayama how long should I wait to take a bath ?
@ottonordenskiold65243 жыл бұрын
30 minutes is the usual recommendation according to Asana Pranayama Mudra Bandhas book, which is highly regarded
@RefeelYoga3 жыл бұрын
Yes, 30 min is good! Thank you Otto 🙏💞 My teacher would say 1-2 hours... of course it depends to what level you want to take your practice. If you're practicing for health and wellness, 30 min is a good amount of time to allow the body to regulate. However if you'e very serious about reaching and sustaining higher states of consciousness, you should avoid contact with water for at least 1 hour before and 2 hours after any yogic practices.
@azharsha19563 жыл бұрын
@@RefeelYoga thank you sir,and i have same doubt about eating,how long should i need to wait to eat something after pranayama and any other yogic practices ?
@RefeelYoga3 жыл бұрын
The concept would remain the same. If you're practicing only for physical health it is not so imperative to wait more than 30min. However for consciousness expansion it's important after practice to avoid activities that would pull energy back down into the lower Chakras, such as bathing, eating, performing heavy physical work, etc., before you have the opportunity to fully integrate the practice.
