Yes! I love Black Mirror and I agree that their relationship does model the facade of a perfect life and the obsession of positive ratings in order to fuel affirmation of their flawless relationship. Meanwhile, (observant) viewers can tell that there is an undercurrent of imperfection and weakness. And yet here I am hooked to watching them. I don't think they are intelligent and their work is mediocre, but I am addicted to their ambition and perseverance.

Alex D I agree with everything you said, except, I unsubscribed after the disastrous and extremely awkward "you have to try this drink" video. What turned me off the most was her "what kind of world do we live in" comment. Yikes! But I'm always coming back for more for the exact same reasons you do: to laugh at them and appreciate the aesthetics. I like them. I just don't like that they don't articulate their thoughts before talking. That's where their intelligence and respect for others crumbles. Nice chat! Feels good to know I'm not the only one.

My partner and I have been together for 4 years and we almost never fight or have conflict, we are so lucky. StephanieRayner That's not true! I've been with my partner for 11 yrs and our relationship got much better when we had our 1st child! We now have 3 children and we're more in love than ever!!!! The only time that a relationship will fall apart after having kids is when both parties change for the worst or if the man/woman doesn't help much with baby chores and house chores! Babies can bring out the best in some couples especially when you help each other! Thank God we're one of those couples.

StephanieRayner It's normal for new parents to sometimes appear alittle "annoyed" because they are still adjusting to parenthood! Everything will get back to normal as the little one grows! I think you are investing too much energy over analysing other peoples relationship when you should be doing that for your own! Your relationship sounds too good to be true and it's alittle strange for a couple of 4yrs to be so "perfect"! I honestly look up to you both so much, y'all are the closest people to role models that I've come across. The only thing that has changed my opinion of you both is how you seemingly ignored your audiences very valid opinions and observations on the birthing video. You both completely failed to acknowledge your own shortcomings and the danger you put Alexa in and insisted that you both knew better than the doctors. I know y'all genuinely feel that is true, but the fact that you haven't made any effort to have a conversation with your fans comes off kind of arrogant and like y'all don't really care about us. There is a 50 minute long video on Mimi's experience giving birth. It has Alex talking about Mimi falling a sleep during the process. Her heartbeat dropped and that of the baby and he kept saying that the doctors wanted a C section or wake up Mimi for her safety and Alex hated that. He said he knew better than the doctors because he had done research on the internet. Go and find it in her video. Mimi and Alex in fact deleted 1000 comments that criticized them. That's why this video is a smart move by them

Peace I'm not defending Alex but the third killer in America is by doctors themselves. We put so much trust into doctors (which we should due to their medical background) but I can see where he is weary. My family has a long line of a medical background and I'm taking classes to be in the medical field so I totally support them.

Andri What is wrong about it? She worked for it so now she can spend this time (when she would clean) to something different :) She still cleans dishes and do everyday stuff, it's just one day a week the general cleanning which takes a lot of time usually. Also, having a newborn and doing housework is really challenging. Plus she is still working :)
