This workout is going to be great when you just don’t feel like working out! By using gentle floor based exercises, I will help you ease through the pains of the menstrual cycle so that you can spend a few minutes on your rebounder. Also this workout has been designed for those days when you just don’t want to, but know it is going to make everything feel better afterwards.

Omg I loved this. I have endometriosis and find it really hard to exercise whilst menstruating. I found this hard but I managed to get through it which is big!! Thank you 😊

Hi Ashleigh thank you so much for giving this a go. Sorry to hear about your condition. We have some great low impact classes that we put up recently. You can find them in the beginners playlist titled Bounce for Restricted Movement Bounce for Fatigue Plus Size Bounce These have all been filmed at a slower pace and are great when you can’t go all out. Oh I needed this one today! Head wanted to workout but body was feeling a bit “blah” - love how this one starts off slowly and builds up gradually so before you know it you’re bouncing away at full pace!!! I ended up following it up with one of Scott’s shorter Power weights workouts and even a 5 minute Abs add on - so glad I got it all done in the end!

Will def try this when my dreaded next one comes round . 👍🏾thanks for all your hard work and uploads . I’ve been doing your videos past few years and enjoy them very much . Shame on me for only just commenting ( I use iPad to do workouts , and only can make comments on my phone for some reason , technophobic !😩😂) will get my hubby to help me sort it out . My favourite ones are rebounding with weights routines , especially your one from a few weeks ago nearly 40 mins long .👍🏾🏋️‍♀️ I like the 15 minute one too I add on to my other weights workouts . Wow. Thank you for this. Music was a wee bit loud however, the video was very enjoyable and the scenery is amazing. I enjoyed that. My rebounder arrived yesterday. I've already had 3 jump sessions. I'm just doing the "health bounce" several times a day for the next week or 2 then I'll move into more advanced with this workout. Perfect timing my body is doing this right now lol🤭
