Thank you Prune. I do love your routines, the sound wasn't very good, couldn't hear you very well even with the volume up high.

That felt extremely rejuvenating! I actually feel like there is fresh air where my middle is, deep inside, it's still there after a few minutes but seems to be rising up through my body. And I'm getting the abdominal gurgle that means reset is happening. Not surprising to me at all that I really needed this, I've been so stressed. Thank you for another life-changer Prune!!

Thank you Prune! This is exactly my experience in Summer.. even down to the vibrating/buzzing of the adrenals. Thank you for acknowledging that this is real. It's winter here now in NZ, but I will remember this for summer! You are a beautiful person inside and out. Thanks for all you are sharing! Lots of love :) x

I have felt that kind of shattering deep inside after being in heat in Sauna.This occurs when I'm in stress. That must be the adrenals. Thank you Prune, it is good to know what is happening in me.

Thanks Prune. That was amazing. How often and how long should you do the routine for if you already have adrenal fatigue?
@PruneHarris Жыл бұрын
Thank you for asking, Alexandra. Great question. It really depends on your system and how it responds. Learning how to self test may be a wonderful way forward for honing into your own system. Prune offers videos here on her channel dedicated to that topic. You are also welcome to work with a practitioner who can help provide a foundation for assessing your energies. My best to you ~ Jennifer

Hi Prune, the points you massage on the chest - besides from being the Heart Neurolymfatic points - how do they connect with the adrenals points? /Marianne

Hi, Jane, thank you for joining us here on Prune's channel! If it feels good for you to do this more than once a day, then go for it. Your own level of comfort will be your guide. After a few weeks, you may find you do not feel the need for this as much, and then a day here or there you may really want to do this to help support your adrenals. It's really up to you. Move gently and with great curiosity about how your own system responds - that will be your best guide :) Many thanks again! With gratitude ~ Jennifer

How timely on eve of Solstice to share about adrenals. Good info about heat moving up. I'd add anyone with compromised immune or sensitivities for whatever reason, might need to be very gentle with points. Even holding them, see if you feel a pulse. I had difficulty with the last positions so I layed my whole hand on top and then bottom points and breathed as best I could. Even you have trouble with breathing, visualizing your breathing can be useful.

Hi Prune, can you take a look at me from far away? I'm tired of the headaches. Genetic bone marrow disorder diagnosed first by me through muscle strength testing, pendulum reading, body stand testing then verified with blood and saliva testing. It's been hard work and a bitch if a job to carry. Help.

Really nice feelings for a lady with roadweary adrenals. Any reason why I couldn't stop being ticklish and giggling when massaging the adrenal points? x
