I would choose to eschew papaya and banana as these fruits are higher in fructose and sugar than some other low sugar low GI fruits. There is more then 60grams of sugar in that meal. It may apear healty and nutritive but its diabetes on a plate! Do the papaya, blueberries, add some seeds or nuts for fiber and some consistency and forget the honey or add less! Keep the yogurt and ir can be full fat.

Yes! I cringe every time I see people dump raw chia seeds on dishes. They absorb a lot of liquid. So when in your stomach they still absorb and can actually do more harm than good including dehydration. At the very least, only sprinkle a few seeds.
