He's been gone for yrs now, I miss him a lot. You not only look like him but he also loved camping and had a personality very similar to yours. My vitamin b12 deficiency lasted 1 whole month and was coupled with vitamin D deficiency (was new to PNW). Had all the symptoms you listed. Was a tough tough time!! I hate the fact that you had to go through that after what you've already endured recently. May god give you great health and I wish to continue seeing your soothing videos. Cheers!

I also suffer from acid reflux and did not know that the medication had such an effect. I have found that not eating meat and as much dairy has helped, but also drinking less…yeah, probably a good idea I guess. Anyway, always so glad to see you post. 💛

11:54 I know the feel, Steve. I had a motorcycle crash a month and a half ago and had to wear a sling for a month (humerus fracture), and in the fall I also stiffened all the muscles around the rotator cuff, which now I'm trying to fix with kinesiology and magnetotherapy. Still can't lift my right arm, but I'm sure I'll get there. Thank you for another wonderful camping video. God bless you.

12:10 Sounds like you might have "frozen shoulder". Physiotherapy and follow-up exercises for 6 months made a big difference in mine getter better. Good luck!

Yes. This. Frozen shoulder = Capsulitis. A good physio therapist will sort you out plus the specific exercises. I had it in both shoulders too. Physio sessions were a test in pain tolerance while he massaged and manipulated the shoulder. But each session gained more movement and now I'm all good. Have also taken up weight training and regularly lifting heavy things seems to keep the doctor away better than apples!

Steve try using baking soda in warm water… just a teaspoon in a 8oz glass of warm water instead of antacids … it keeps the acid reflux away and doesn’t mess with your tummy in a bad way🙂… I love your videos… much love to you 🥰
