It's a song he wrote for a documentary called Unrest. This video was done on 2015, shortly before he was correctly diagnosed.

@ Exactly it’s just most dudes are scared to show empathy at all these days coz folk will make fun of them. Kinda weird which way the world is changing into. Everyone hates everyone else and cares about only themselves. For example if you’re a young lad and cry at school you’re more likely to get bullied and beaten up than someone put an arm around ya to lift ya spirits. I’m old so it’s along time since I was at school but I don’t remember it being like that 🤷🏻‍♂️
