Is it unreasonable to expect him to call when he says he’s going to and then makes a list of excuses why he didn’t each time?? I said bye until he’s ready to figure out why he keeps avoiding following through.

Just a note, if you're going to name this part 3, have it consistent and name the others that are related.. with the same initial title and part #. Otherwise there is no consistency and too much guesswork and hard to reference. Having them in the descriptions as well will be helpful.

Maybe just use your brain a little bit and look up the part 2 and part 1 in the search bar they are not hard to find. You could have easily found them in less words than typing that comment

I feel we all are in need of increased self awareness. There are 3 insecure attachment styles 'basically " and one secure. That means 75% of the population we have dt with a d will deal with are insecure in some manner. This is intended to encourage self awareness, personal responsibility and growth rather than point fingers. My long time partner "DA" was a nice person but had struggled as a DA will. The symptoms were very confusing but looking back I failed to set boundaries. I have learned that I should have done that and revisited the issues as long as it took, setting up good times for discussion's, then having the discussions until the needle would move one way or another. This is generally speaking since this comment cannot elaborate. I have learned I must in a loving way see to my own boundaries rather than hope someone who struggles with thiers to be supportive of mine. This is extremely important.

As an AP, I've experienced disconnection in adult relationships (platonic and romantic) when setting/enforcing boundaries, not just in childhood. I seriously cannot see things getting better after expressing a boundary because it just never happened.

Thank you so much, Thais! I bought a life-long membership and I have completely changed. Still get problems to solve, but the level of hurt is so much less. I can actually talk about my wounds, boundaries and needs easily without sounding too needy or desperate or blaming. Thais's program has made such a wonderful difference in my life. I can't recommend her approach enough.

Thanks for these. I have been doing this work for a few years now but without a 'label', I just knew I wanted a better, stable life for myself and my kids. Then I came across your videos and they have been a support to confirm that I'm on the right path and can move even closer to the SA side. My healing journey is also healing for my kids, they are so much more chilled at home now.

Hi, love your videos on DAs. Can you do a video about when the DA starts to reach out to you after no contact but it’s more of a indirect direct way , reels , memes, but no real words for months with no real progress . I know they may want to test, keep you in friend zone to avoid commitment obligations . But how to get over this hurtle without scaring them . When to just know time to move on . Thank you 😊

@@sunbeam9222 O my dear friend @sunbeam9222. We were speaking and you were so helpful. I lost our thread and couldn't find you. You last told me how Eckhart tolle saved your life being a DA. How are you. Sorry I went silent I lost our thread and could not find you. And here you are now... a gift from universe. My DA friend messaged me again about a month ago. He is truly a very good kind well meaning person. But then I almost immediately did a stupid thing. I noticed he was following someone and all my anxiety came up and I asked him if he likes blondes. Hahaha why would I do that only heaven knows😊😂. Then I said I will never be good enough please leave me now and go away. He immediately stopped speaking. I sent messages apologizing but he did not answer. He's never ignored me before. Will he ever speak to me. Since you mentioned Eckhart tolle I wished to share you a video that's helped me these months. kzbin.info/www/bejne/lWqndIl7rMlpgtk kzbin.info/www/bejne/mouVeJmomtOXh8k

I gave myself this year to learn new ways of being. The amount of trauma I've been through in the past 7 years alone, is more than anyone I know could handle. I started watching your channel and a few others, and I signed up for PDS. I have learned a ton, but I found that I couldn't get over the "hump" until I went to a natural healer who told me that my adrenals were completely depleted and got me on supplements. This allowed me to really implement the things I am learning and has given me the ability to not feel as anxious and overwhelmed. Thank you for your works, you have really helped me change my life. God bless you and your family.

Same. I had to heal kryptopyroluria, endometriosis and lyme. It was not until I tackled those things I could communicate better. My gut and brain needed zinc! It is sad doctors don't test for those things but if we are attracting lots of abuse, then it most likely is related to MTHFR genetics

Thais, if you’re open to sharing, can you share what your Top Needs are? We are all curious to know! 😀💥✨Is there a list of Needs somewhere in the curriculum? Needing some ideas on what to even list. Or are they all customized to each of us? I like sending and receiving a Good Morning text every morning; is that a need? It makes me feel better connected to my boyfriend. (And that black top that you’re wearing is so beautiful!) 💜

Hi, the needs course has a huge list of needs, core needs and personality needs I think from memory. What you described sounds like a nerd for connection and maybe certainty - in the consistency of regular messages.
