Poor baby has been through hell though. No signs of being properly taken care of at the vet, save for a rabies shot. And a 45 bullet in his skull. When I wasn't looking we were found by pit/bc cross that had been abandoned by her owner when they moved away and a yr later we were asked to take in a full pitty when his owner moved to a place they were outlawed for work. You never know what you will end up with but it will always be the best damn dog you ever had.

Same with me. I am a nurse by profession but been jobless for 7 years until I adopted a pitbull. She's my angel. I landed a job, not as a nurse though but pays well to provide food on our table and for my pittie. Now I have 10 rescues 🙂

I really appreciate she just wouldn't give up on that dog. It only shows she is a woman with a lot of empathy and a good soul. I have 2 dogs, both of them used to be stray dogs. They are of no definite breed, but I love them and I can tell that they feel that and show so much affection in return.
