I wish that the trillions of dollars that are spent on climate change would instead go to cleaning up the oceans. I think the fanatic climate change business is a scam. It's about making people miserable and poor while a few people get rich from it. The climate is always changing as it has done since the earth was formed. We could spend the money on some sort ocean cleaning system. These animals and so many that live in the oceans are suffering today.

Although they have wounds they plod on… animals are amazing in this way… they hurt but yet they must hunt however possible to eat to survive… it’s beautiful one waited for the other, their instinct of fight or flight lowers to wait for each other… plus Tony has the voice. 😂 Once again we see you guys going all out for those furry babies… Thank you Naude and Tony… The marine environment need’s OCN to keep up the work of trying to get the word out there, that whatever we toss in the sea has the potential to maim and kill…

Thank you for your kind words! Our efforts are just a drop in the bucket compared to the millions of tonnes of trash entering the world's oceans every year. We are unfortunately not solving the problem, but only treating the symptoms of the plastic crisis with our rescues. These videos aim to show the consequences of this pollution and create a change to tackle its roots - namely our addiction to single-use plastics, the lack of law enforcement at sea, and the shortcomings of the recycling industry.

The twin entanglement was nearly at an end of life stage for one of them. The last one, just hope they heal now. Thank you for helping them, all of them.

They will heal! They were still full of energy. I like feeling confident about that because OCN is always catching recaptures ❤

I'm in awe of these guys who help the seals. It's such hard work. They have to be in great shape to run after the seals, catch them and then hold them while they cut the fish lines or nets off. Until I watched these videos I didn't know anyone cared. Thank you for helping the planet's wildlife.

This team must dream the sweetest dreams! Kindness, compassion and dexterity Knowing that you eased the suffering of these Dear animals. The two tied together? Now how did they Manage that? The cut that eased the stranglehold Must have brought immense relief. The last one send a shiver down my back. No bleeps for me though when you mentioned The dreaded gill net, the air was blue! Thanks team, you are all my heroes.

Had to chuckle when Tony “handcuffed” together those two little ones in the nets to keep them out of trouble. The Julius partner was brave indeed to ferociously go after what he thought was a danger to his buddy. He was as brave as a full grown bull. Well done Naude and Tony-short that day on team members, but not short on lifesaving rescues! 🦭🌊💙
