Join me for an intermediate pilates mat workout using the resistance band to create Pilates reformer exercises for a strong, flexible body. This 40 minute full body workout will give you the feel and challenge of a reformer workout whilst working at home on your mat. All you need is a resistance band. I've created this workout for those that like a challenge and are interested to see how pilates reformer work differs from pilates matwork, you'll also see how it is the same too. If you know the matwork well, you'll really benefit from having that experience when you do this workout but don't worry, I am here to guide you all the way. The session will tone, strengthen and challenge you physically as well as give you a wonderful release from day to day worrries and pressures as you take time out to focus on yourself.

Thanks for directing the target muscle area. Band is useful when adapting cruch to avoid neck issuse .

Rachel. I loved this workout. I am 75 with bad knees and I could do this quite well! I do want to mention that at this point I will not add to my contributions. My husband has some health issues so I need to be financially cautious. Again, thanks for all you do!!!
