just watching and listening and mentally participating, is so healing in this dysfunctional world, where one crazy invention after another is being legislated, it's all about scaring, controlling and silencing us into obedient slaves in the cities, while corruption makes the rich richer, and the people must be happy for the crumbs that may remain. Pray that they will continue to be as nice and peaceful as it appears to be where you are. Thank you with all my heart for what you teach out of love to heal people's inner abode

Putting my legs on the wall totally re-aligns my back and improves my ability to get off the floor. At 73 getting oneself up off the floor with no help is a big one. Thank you so much! 🫶🏼
