This is the Simple Qigong to alleviate Anxiety , Stress and Fear| 10 Minute Daily Routine
In This Video Includes:
1. Shaking body and Bouncing legs and toes
2. Horse Stance Meditating
3. Cleansing Breath.
This exercise can help you to let go off all anxieties, stress, Fear, and also make your body calm and ease. It just takes 10 minutes to practice daily, can become your 10 minute daily Routine Qigong.

I wanted to thank you dearly. I have been undergoing chronic stress for the past ten years , and not a single medical treatment could help me . Now I stumbled upon a book about yang sheng and qi gong and it helps a lot. Thank you for these sessions that help me feel at peace with my body and mind. Please I encourage you to make more videos about anxiety and fear and stress. ❤️😀

I was having a tough time with yoga and injuries, so I wanted to do a gentler body practice with less stretching. I felt amazing after this short sequence. I have a deeper inner awareness. I love the outdoor setting and staying on my feet and grounding in this outdoor setting. 🙏🙏💕 Much gratitude, Brother Insight, for creating these videos.

I am so grateful for you! Something within me urged me to go online and find something to help whilst i was anxious and it lead me to you! This made me feel better, it is much more effective than sitting down and observing the mind, this actually allowed me to connect and fully love my body. Plus it gets me moving! 🙏🙏🌸

Sir can you propose remedy for palpitation ie.continues beat at neck. The bp will rise to above 200 systolic and diastolic .
