Connect your MIND BODY SPIRIT with a relaxed yin yoga practice with several postures held for anywhere from 30 seconds to a few minutes. Challenge your physical body to be still and your mind to be present all while letting your body settle into shapes to dedicate some love and attention to your entire body, joints, organs and fascia. Extra grounding. Let yourself let go during this 30 minute yoga practice. Be kind and gentle with yourself, always listen to how your body is feeling as you make choices in each shape. You are your best teacher and guide...I appreciate being a part of your practice.

Restorative yoga is one of my FAVORITE types of yoga. You get to do so much for all your bodies (mental, physical, emotional, etc.) without having to actually do much😁 . Some days this may feel relaxed and easy, other days it may feel challenging to be still - and each and every time you show up you get to decide how intense or relaxed your postures feel.
This was recorded during the third quarter moon, which is an amazing time to go inward (just like the moon🌒 ) and recover your energy as a new cycle approaches. I think I'll start adding in a restore practice with each third quarter moon. I love to work with the energy that is available and share that with you.
