I was building houses in Costa Rica when a tree fell on me. I broke my foot & was unable to walk on it for 2 months. Thank you to the lovely reiki healers who were with me at this time.
This was my first time doing Yoga after my foot was healing. I share it to show you how powerful the body is. How much the heart can heal when we have faith in its purity.
Do this routine or a variation of it to relieve lower back pain, align your chakras, and increase your breath & vitality. Om shanti
