This is awesome. I’m a new massage therapist and I’ve been trying to get into the groove of taking care of my fingers and wrists so this rocks!

I saw a vid the other day for arches and it was simply curling your toes and then up and extending them going back and forth. Good for toes and arches. Very simple and can be done anytime in bare feet. For people working up to your movement. Thanks for all your vids.

Integrated it in my todays morning OS routine and experimented with it as usual. My variation suggestion: Alternating between left hand/right hand respectively foot. Or just do it "Around the world"-like - right hand --> left hand --> left foot --> right foot --> ...

This may be a weird question but how long should you rock for at a time? I've started doing either the basic or commando rocking daily before bed to help with posture and prevent desk job shoulders, but was wondering how much should be done to get a decent benefit from it?

That’s actually a great question. There are more than a few paths to this. I like to keep things simple though and believe the accumulative effect over time comes from just showing up day in and day out. Anywhere from 2 to 5 minutes is good. Some days you may want to very speeds, foot positions, angles, and intent of focus, but it is all good and it all adds up. I hope this helps some.

@@OriginalStrengthSystem That's fair, maybe I should just focus on time spent rather than number of rocks back and forth

I believe your suggestion will improve the experience and the quality of the work.

This is Japanese. Honto. It's going keisa to seisa and back. Quite a few Japanese folk do this a few times a day as they sit down and as they stand up.

It's releasing synovial fluid into the joint, not air out of the joint. I think.
