The problem is, in every other instance if you won the title in those matces even for 1 minute you count as a champion in their books, but it didnt for those scramble matches. Also i think for the most part there was not much star power.

I was living in Pittsburgh in 98 and my buddy won 2nd row tickets from Sgt Slaughter in a radio contest. It was an amazing show. We got to keep our chairs after the show and 22 years later I met Mick Foley at Raleigh Supercon and he signed it.

I once went to the airport in Vancouver to find Mick Foley after finding out from one of the managers at a comedy club I went to that he was coming into town to do a few shows... I wanted to greet him with a sock puppet named Mr Stalk-O... He was tired as hell but gracious as all f*ck and it made my life just having a few moments with somebody who had such an impact on me

"Bah Gawd he killed him! God as my witness, he is broken in half!" may go down as one of the greatest calls in pro wrestling history. And it will never be recreated. Just imagine not only seeing that bump, but seeing that bump from the perspective he saw it from, it's easy to forget how tall that Cell was, even the smaller one. It's like jumping out a second story window, except a bit more. Like in an arena it's hard to process the fact that you could probably fit a small house inside of the HIAC. Just imagine someone falling off the roof of a house next to you onto wood and concrete, you'd honestly think they were dead too. Crazy when you really unpack it.
