Even with laminated GTX, when raining really really hard, I put a rainjacket on as an extra layer.

You do realize that it's highway speeds this thing needs to keep you dry at, right? I'm not saying it won't, but a garden hose test is not super useful.

We tried to recreate highway speed effect but Kate could not keep up with the garden hose:) Next time we will use powerwasher.

Well i've just put it to the test, After 20min at 110Km/h under heavy rain, i was completely wet. Gore tex DOES NOT WORK

TheRockyBalboa100 yeah gore Tex works only under light and mid rain but not heavy rain specially on motorbike
