This lady Judith Durham had a heart and soul every bit as big and stunningly beautiful as her voice. She was the only singer capable of moving me to tears and thank god we have so many recordings of her down the years here on KZbin. RIP JUDITH.

Sadly, Judith passed away on Friday 5th August, 2022, in Melbourne. A beautiful voice, gone now. Thank goodness we have her recordings.

Another glorious few minutes with my very favorite singer ever! The restoration work is beautiful, Richard! Judith has lived her entire life in service to others through the sharing of her many gifts. She is beautiful outside and in - her spirit really shines through in these songs Even though we most likely not see her on stage again, I do hope she is able to pursue her writing and other projects she loves and does so with strength and good health. Love you, Judith! ❤

Thanks again SO MUCH, Rich! Judith is the kind of sweet, modest girl that every decent guy wants to marry, eh? I know that sadly her beloved husband did pass away many year ago, and I am so sorry about that. 😢 Do you or anyone reading this know if Athol, Keith, or Bruce ever proposed marriage to her? 🤷‍♀🤷‍♂ I imagine that could have broken up The Seekers even before 1968. I do know in an interview with all of them decades later, that Keith stated to the world how "smitten" he was with her!!! 💖💖 Judith has to be the most humble Super-Star that this world has ever seen!!! ⭐❤⭐❤

Stunningly beautiful, intelligent, forthright, completely dignified, and of course that voice! Add to that her total devotion to Ron and her marriage. Just the most incredible woman. Jen seems to revel in her own self indulgance
