Ring chime pro Setup demonstration and review

Is it a must to hook the bypass power kit if you buy doorbell pro along with wireless chime/chime pro? What if I want to hear the doorbell only on the wireless chime/chime pro but not the existing mechanical doorbell? Can I just use the doorbell pro and the wireless chime/pro to communicate which means I am NOT hooking the bypass kit to the existing mechanical doorbell.

Where do I place the chime pro in order to connect to my floodlight on garage? My floodlight has very weak connection

No matter what what I do I can’t get chime pro to connect to my Wifi , doorbell pro connect fine to WiFi but chime don’t work

It will only connect to 2.4 wifi make sure your not trying to connect to the 5.0 because it will not work ring customer support is also very helpful like and sub for upcoming ring products!

No customer support actually told me to disconnect my device from it Everybody's results may vary though
