Today's Note 👇අද කතාව 👇 උඩරට කදුකරයට ඉර බැහැගෙන යන්න ඔන්න මෙන්න. කොලපාට කදුකරයම කලුවර ගිලගනිමිනුයි ඉන්නේ රැහැයියො හීන් හඩින් පටන් ගන්න හඩ මහා ඝෝෂාවක් වෙන්න ඔන්න මෙන්න. ක්‍රීස් ක්‍රීස් රෑ කුරුමිනි හඩත් එක දෙක මතු වෙනවා. සීතල කදුකර පර්වත් ඇතුලෙන් ගෙබි හඩ පුරුදු විදියටම ඇහෙනවා. හනික ලැබුනු මේ වරකා ගෙඩිය සුරුහං කරගෙන ගෙට කරගත්තොත් අද නම් රස කෑමක් හදාගත්තෙකි. එන්න. පාලු කදුකරේ නිදහසේ තනියම හවසක් ගෙවන්න.. රස තේ එකක් බොන ගමන්ම. හවස්වීගෙන එද්දි වරකා ගෙඩියක් ලැබුනට අපේ වැඩිහිටියො නම් කියන්නෙ ඕවා දැන් කන්න එපා බඩ රිදෙයි කියලා .. රෑ වෙලා දිරවන්න අපහසු ආහාර ගැනීම කොයි කාටත් ශරීරයට අපහසුවක්නෙ. ඒත් රස වරකා ගෙඩියක් අපතේ දාන්නෙ කොහොමද ශරීරටය හිතකර විදියට මේ ගුණදායක පලතුර කොහොම හරි ආහාරයට එක් කරගන්න නම් ක්‍රම රාශියක්ම තියේ.. අමුද්‍රව්‍ය සිංගලෙන් වීඩියෝ ඩිස්ක්‍රිප්ශන් එක තුළත් සදහන්.
