This guy has no case. Having been involved in radio at one point, I can GUARANTEE you that, if you weren't hired by the station itself (or the production company in the case of a syndicated show) you are NOT getting paid. Furthermore, I'd bet the plaintiff was fully aware of it, and just decided afterwards that he SHOULD HAVE been paid.
