Hi Karen lovely recipe. I made rissois and they were delicious. Thank you. Please let me know if I should deep fry and then store in deep freeze? And before serving how to reheat?
@KravingsFoodAdventures3 жыл бұрын
Hi Lali - no, you don't need to deep fry it. Coat it and freeze in layers, when frozen bag them and then defrost for about 20 mins on a towel and deep fry.

How many rissois does this recipe make?
@annettemascarenhas20304 жыл бұрын
Hey!!Hope all good at your end..do I have to keep the mixture in the freezer or jus the cooling area. Jus got done with the mixture.. lovely explanation. Many thanks
@KravingsFoodAdventures4 жыл бұрын
Hi Annette! Thanks so much! The filling can just be kept cold in the fridge. Once you fill and make the Rissois, you can line them on a tray and freeze them. Once they are individually frozen, it's good to bag them.

Nice.. But your chopping board was inhygeninc and old and also your kitchen towel was dirty.. I please improve on this
@KravingsFoodAdventures4 жыл бұрын
For your kind information my chopping board is not unhygienic. It’s an oven stone. And the towel is not dirty at all. My kitchen and everything I use is always clean and hygienic. As for old, I use what I have and replace it when I feel it necessary.

Yr cutting board is very dirty all around. Put dat to wash n start yr dish. Very unhygienic
@KravingsFoodAdventures3 жыл бұрын
I've actually had quite a few comments about this board and have addressed it in a few videos. Thanks, but the board is not dirty at all, it's actually a stone that had discolored over time in the oven. So is really just the way it's changed color. I run a very clean and hygenic kitchen.
