As always Rebecca this workout crushed it. The hollow hold with pulses absolutely killed me. I put this in my boxing training, excellent stuff Rebecca thank you

I did this exercise yesterday and O.M.G. Rebecca!!😅😅😅 my abs are soo sore. It’s been awhile since I did an intense workout but I’m working on consistency. I’m gonna work on my legs today with another one of your workouts🤩💪🏼

Oh goodness gracious! My abs are on fire. 🔥 Trying to get into the groove of things after a car accident. I used to complete these workouts with no pauses and now I’m pacing myself and pausing more than I’d like to, but I’m completing them. I’ll get back there again soon. 💪🏻

@Rebeccalouisefitness I appreciate the positive encouragement... I plan on getting through this video without pausing or taking a break...🤦‍♀️I think I need to return to this workout several times to build stamina... maybe I'll get through on the 3rd try (that's the goal!).

Wish I could say I enjoyed this but too strenuous on my neck and back muscles, too many bycicles IMO. The core did burn though but I prefer it a bit more paced or mixed up with some standing moves for more leeway. 🙏

Love this workout, but it would be. Enter if there were the occasional break i between exercises to really get set up and ensure we’re engaging our core properly
