I did shoulders heavy and was hurt for about 1.5 years just healing. Same with my knees. Do you have a secrete supplement to help damage joints ? I benched over 425 lbs raw bench at 190 lb body weight and same thing. Got hurt... ? Yes I warm up good.... So advice?

Had to watch the 640x7 a few times to get the full effect of it. There's as much weight on one side of the bar most men can't bench Lol. You're probably going to do 640x10 eventually an incredible feat as well as this. Would like to see you go for rep sets of 700, 600, 500, 405, 315, 225 after the 800. I would think after the 800 it would be something like 700x6or 7, 600x12-15, 500x20-25, 400x30-35, 315x50-55, and 225x probably 100+. Insanity. 800 raw definitely equals at least 700x5.
