Hi! I really enjoyed this video. I enjoyed the road trip, local history, tow truck tour and scenery. You also reminded me of my brother. I am an older guy that appreciates the memories of the past. You have in this video, produced a video documenting a cordial brotherly experience among many others to come in the future. My brother passed away a few years ago. He was a career CHP officer and I remember going on a ride along with him several times. We interacted much like you do with your brother. People in other cars sure look at you differently when you ride in a patrol car! I can tell you treasure your time with your brother, and I guess I am commenting because this is a precious video for us and you. Thank you Eric!

I used to run that stretch of I-390 occasionally and I used to watch for a vista on the east side where there was a view of patched farm land across the valley. I like those kind of views better than mountains. Those are mostly just rocks and trees.

This was a new kind of video for the south main auto channel. Thought it was really cool. Grew up around trucks as a kid. Dad drove one as well as his dad. Later in life my dad had a trailer repair and truck body shop. So riding in rigs and blowing air horns was a big deal to me as a kid. Brought back some memories with the dashboard tour and the sound of the engine in the cab. Gotta make more vids like this when you can. What gearhead don't like big rigs and diesel power? 😉
@libertarian16374 жыл бұрын
I started watching and thought the road looked familiar. Didn’t think about it again until I heard Steuben County then paused when I saw the highway sign, Avoca/Corning and confirmed it was 390. Nice to see upstate being represented.
