Just found this channel, the food looks lovely and healthy I’m definitely going to try some of these recipes. Out of interest what was the cooking utensil you was using to gather up the vegetables it had a black handle and wide stainless steel front part. I’ve seen this in a few videos now and used similarly to gather up food and put into a pan, is it also used for chopping the vegetables ?
