It’s New Year’s Eve!
In this video Paula makes a simple and delicious roasted pork tenderloin in a cast-iron skillet. While the pork roasts, she prepares a sauce with garlic, lemon and ginger to glaze the tenderloin at the end. The glaze has a strong refreshing citrus flavor that complements the flavor of the pork tenderloin.
To marinade:
1 Pork Tenderloin
1 teaspoon garlic paste
Zest of one lemon
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Citrus Glaze:
½ teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
1/3 cup lemon juice
4-5 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon corn starch
3-4 tablespoons water
