Thanks for this vid guys. I watched it before my first trip to FM last month, and found it useful. You were spot on with the bright feed :) I had 40lb+ of bream and hybrids on day 1, and over 70lb on day 2. I experimented with various feeds and feeders, and found pink micros and the method outfished darker baits and distance feeders. I've never rated the method on natural waters, but it worked a treat at FM... the bream are probably not feeder shy from all the crack off feeders Joe has left on the bottom of the lake ;)

Great video lads! Fair play for sticking with it Joe, bet you thought things couldn't get worse after the sandwich incident 😂 you looked wounded! Haha. Nice to see that everybody falls foul to a bit of bad luck and a few lost fish though - not just me! Keep up the good work. Looking forward to more videos!

Great Video thanks. Ferry meadows is a day ticket lake, pay the bailiff on the day. Gunwade lake peg 55 to 60 are good, 89-90 also good. pleasure fishing with wind S/west peg 100 to 102 is end of the lake, not so deep (7ft) and need 20mph head wind over night to make it fish at that end.

Great VLOG really enjoyed it. One question Joe, what made you fish a free running feeder rather than a paternoster as your did on your first visit there?
@MatchFishingFilms7 жыл бұрын
Tony Morris after losing the Fish In practice, i felt with the big feeders a free running rig might put less pressure on the hookhold. I've hooked 18 in 3 matches since and landed all 18 :)

i never clip up on big fish lakes always looking for the fish and dropping left right far close catch a fish i drop it back there nothing anymore try another spot and so on
@middytube7 жыл бұрын
Dr4g0nW00d that's not what bream fishing is about when wanting/needing to catch big bags. Once they find you in that one spot the little pigs will keep coming back. Throwing it all over the place will make them spread out as they normally travel in a shoal
