This is honestly my favorite KZbin channel to workout I have done a lot of your workouts and I love every one especially these 15 mins ones perfect if you’re just starting your exercise journey these videos make working out more fun

This is really fun!! I did this for about 2 weeks and my flexibility really improved!! It helped me become more active and it made me enjoy working out!! Even though I was inconsistent, i still lost about 1.5kg in a short period of time. ✊💗

hi i got a knee cramp at the end when doing side bends. is this fine? i’m 47 kgs.

Hello, bad meow! It is important that you start and end your workout with a warm-up. This will prepare your muscles and joints for activity by warming up and stretching before you do the routines. The muscle soreness is normal as it is a sign that you're getting stronger, and is nothing to be alarmed about. Again, on your next workout try to do warming up exercises first and let me know how it goes. Hope this help! Good luck and Happy workout!💪

I just started working out again after 2 years and dang this video is a great way to begin again! Thank you so much! Just 15 minutes for today and will increase tomorrow ^^ Thank you so much for this. I'm sweating buckets now just goes to show how unhealthy I am... and jeez, my knees hurt and buckled during lunges hahaha

You got this, Apurva Pamalwad! I hope that by doing this workout you'll be able to see the weight loss results you wish to see. As for the diet, I don't believe in strict diets. But I do discourage you from eating sugar and grains and foods that consist of these. Instead, you should have a balanced nutrition that will help you lose weight faster! Weight loss depends on things like your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and how hard you train. On average, our body can lose 3-7kg in a month by doing just any workout you can find on our channel. You may need to train harder and do some major changes in your lifestyle and diet. Good luck and keep exercising to see results!💪

It sure is hard, ElCatha SW! If you find the routines hard to do I suggest that you do it daily, gradually, until you pick up your pace and you learn to do it with ease. Of course, don't overdo it because I don't want you to hurt yourself :) Like I said, gradually, and you'll get there. Good luck and keep exercising! 💪
