FYI, the drummer, the beardless one of the trio, his last name is Beard. This band has been going at it forever, they started out in Country music, slid into the Rock-a-billy drivers seat(kept the Fancy old school Country suits style they still wear today), wowed the music world and built a huge multi-generational fan base, that are all heart-broken today with the passing of Dusty Hill. As the Rightous Brothers wrote in a song in tribute to Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Otis Redding, and Jim Morrison who all left us in quick order in 1969, "Heaven's got one hell of a band". Today with all the greats we've lost since and prior to 69, just imagine Open Mike Night Jam Sessions on Cloud 9.

If you like some blues, try ZZ Top's "Fool for Your Stockings". Probably my favorite.

What a huge loss for the group. Saw them back in the 80’s. Not a huge fan, but I have much respect for the group. This is a great song. Definitely an 80’s song. LoL

I was working in radio in the 1980's and met Dusty backstage at the Memphis TN Mid-South Coliseum when I saw them in 1986. Got his autograph and a great photo...good stuff
