Thanks for this reaction, the only thing I can say is, this song speaks to many in different bad situations to those, destined to be the recipients of this message she is telling then she'll not let them go and will remain with them. She herself lost 3 friends over 2 years (2018-2019) I'm not bringing more details of this because everybody knows about it and it and this is not the right forum for that. Point is IU rarely speaks about the deep meaning of her songs but to me the line "I hope this message will get to you on time" is particularly telling. Finally I hope you'll do much better this year and find what you need to recover your happiness.

I was tearing up with your cancer story Loo, my aunt who is very close to me is also a survivor but sadly another aunt of mine passed bcoz of it. I wish you great health. Translation of the introduction of this song. "Human altruism is on the basis of selfishness, even that." It is hard to see a loved one become isolated alone. The words of support and consolation that I gave as if urging me to do nothing and just watch, I used to be mistaken that I did it entirely for the other person. I still can't stand my nose when I see someone struggling. But now I know that my actions are not entirely consideration or comfort for the other person, but my earnest request to see the person's peaceful daily life. I'm in a position to ask without shame, so I'll ask for very little things. I want you to listen to this poem, And to breathe. There is no one else who can carry someone's life on their back. However, if we go in the right direction, we can walk together as much as we want. I can sing songs to my loved ones as much as I want because I also learned stealing. Like many poems I received from the world while doing music, I will diligently write sincere poems. Listening to each other's poems in turn, I wish I could live, breathing big and small.

Loo, I’m sorry to hear about your cancer and being alone but I hope all is well with you! To make even more sad about Love Poem is it was written for one of IU’s best friend who was going through a hard time with the online bullying and before she was able to release this song, her friend ended her own life and IU delayed releasing this song and delayed her concert. IU went through such hard times because other one of her good friend, JongHyun from Shinee ended his own life two years before and her other two good friends ended their lives before and during her concerts 😢 Since then, IU does not forgive the online bullies and keeps fighting back. These monsters have no better things to do but trying to hurt others because of their jealousy those who are famous and loved by public! I recommend you to react to Eight and My Sea during IU’s Golden Hour concerts. Eight was produced by Suga from BTS and he had a small part in the song and this is remembering three friends and you will cry again knowing what this song is about. Winter Sleep next pls 😊, iirc, there was no live yet I think..but I love this song. Edit: Or better yet, her Pieces album along with her song introductions for better insight about it's message or how the song was written. I love how that album are just lyrics she wrote, songs she composed then produced by her. It was actually released with no prior announcement like she just released it because she wants the songs she was not able to add to her previous albums to be heard too (and also her gift to Uaenas who's been asking for her unreleased songs) hence the album was called "Pieces" since it's all songs accumulated all throughout her 20s.

The album was planned in advance with a tour of the same name. The album was scheduled to be released on Nov. 1, after releasing the pre-release song "Love poem" on Oct. 28, 2019, but the album's release date was temporarily postponed on Oct. 20. # It was due to the aftermath of a tragic incident that happened to Sulli, IU's best friend. On November 1, the album's final track and the album's title track, "Love poem", was released. On Nov. 3, "Love, Poem" announced that the album will be released on Nov. 18, 2019, during a Sunday performance in Gwangju. It's true that Sulli inspired IU a lot, but it wasn't after the unfortunate event, it was a cheering song for everyone who had prepared before. Richard, being moved to tears by a song, is very much a connection to it. It's a reaction, and as this is a react channel, I am not sure what your point is. We have often stated that this channel is ours for fun and enjoyment and is in no way professional. That means from time to time, the videos may not be polished, and you know what, people have liked that about us this far. We try to be real and honest even when having tech issues. Life happens, and so do tech issues. She can post whatever she chooses on our channel. That's the joy of owning it. You don't need to be compelled to watch it. She didn't just burst into spontaneous tears for nothing-it was caused by IU's voice, her deliverance, and the song, which hit a very big nerve in Loo. I don't see how she could be more 'mind on song' than that. I am sure IU fans are very appreciative to see such a raw and emotional connection to such a beautiful song. Tech difficulties did not take away from her reaction. I was a viewer this time, and I watched it. What I don't understand being put on this platform is your negative comment and your need to tear someone down. This channel is not about that, so take this as a polite warning to treat us respectfully, and we will do likewise.

This is a basic manner and decency, which clearly you don't have I hope you reap what you sow. 1. There is no music video for this song. A reactor can react to any song without MV, its her choice, not yours 2. Her mind obviously in this, she relates the song to what she is going thru, and it is the most honest reaction one could ask 3. Tech difficulties could happen unexpectedly, no matter how advanced your equipment or systems are. 4.
