"Eita" seems like "Wow" or "Only S..." , i think the "Beleza" is really "beauty" or "pretty" , but can be like "okay" or "no problem" , many of these are probably only used in Brazil and any other place like Portugal or Angola whose language is also portuguese

in Portugal we use flipar as well as a trip or to relate to something amazing, but i think it depends the zone, still nowadays isnt much used as well, about chulo... just dont say that word in portugal :) ahhah it might mean 2 things and both are not good. In Brazil we also use the word "Chulo", but it means something rude. We usually use it to say that someone uses a lot of bad words, for example: "Fulano usa umas palavras chulas pra falar com a mãe dele." / "He uses nasty words to talk to his mother."
