@@DeepakGblingbling yes,bro I know north is extreme in all climate comparative to south.Due to climate change (global warming)all the places attaining their extreme. Here,In South almost 6 to 8 month hot compare to 3 to 4 month in North.

We've been habituated with this diet through ages... And I simply love our traditional everyday food. And special delicacies tohh🤤🤤🤤🤤.... Tobe chinta korben na, Japanese ra o Bengali der moton primarily rice and fish khay and they are very healthy. Just we shall avoid junk food and exercise regularly.

Filter vs. Instant coffee 5. Health benefits, if any, of these products, including the relaxing effects on the mind and body 6. How to gain proper benefits of these When to drink? How to drink? Which one to drink? How much to drink? Personally, I like both, but usually, I have one cutting milk tea in the morning (after/with breakfast) and one cutting milk tea in the evening. Friend filter coffee made from combination of penury a and little robust coffee seeds fried and crushed is the best coffee powder for making filter coffee but the coffee powder retains aroma only fir few days that too when kept closed in a bottle and filter coffee with malai and thick milk and sugar heavenly the best furst morning drink particularly in cold season but unlike tea drinkers if north consuming masala chai several times a day loosing their appetite for foid southies drink coffee only once or twice in the morning before and after r breakfast not all day so best drink one or two cups if filter coffee in a day aroma heavenly but instant coffee no coffee aroma original aroma at all thus gyan I from my personal experience as coffee drinker from karnataka best coffee seed producing state of karnataka and entire world giving you man

Instead of printing the so called "diet" (eat this or that )you have analysed each and very aspect of all 3. You have not promoted any brand and thus your video are information oriented . U took white rice(the one with the bran removed) into consideration. Several people in South and North-East India actually consume whole-grain rice such as brown, red and other white coloured whole grain rice. There are hundreds of varieties consumed and whole grain rice is highly nutritious.

@@lathabn6512 , absolutely, I mean, most people who compare end up getting diabetes,heart diseases and other diseases which could have easily been avoided if they did yoga and exercised daily!!! diet is only one factor, some starve while others compare which one to choose!! Ironically, those who compare consume Alcohol and smoke(citing little is not dangerous or even say benefits when taken in small ammount ) and never exercise!! Most people think of alternatives to exercise and active life!! They compare diet but have servants at home!!

Actually my grandfather is a farmer and he grows wheat and rice himself.. So theres no need to buy any of these from market 😅..nd i cant imagine my life without roti as a north indian ( we eat it 3 times a day ,sometimes even more)... Though i dont like rice that much. Love ya infinite fittuber❤

Modern science changes facts so one particular industry can thrive. Money - Money. Eat what your grandparents ate. Negligible meat - Whole foods(wheat, rice, other grains) - Nuts(all types) - Less milk - No cheese/butter - Less packet foods(even wheat flour)

Wheat came into existence in India after 1700's after British Raj. Our ancestors used rice and all kinds of millets.

Traditionally rice is cooked with excess water and the water is strained and this is consumed separate. In summer mixing this rice water with butter milk and some special makes it delicious and nutritious too

I am gujarati..We eat rice at Lunch and khichadi At dinner.And From time to time We eat..Bajre ki roti..Once a week In winter..that too With spring onion and Spring Garlic/green garlic..And At dinner time we take chhoped garlic Saute with ghee..and pinch of salt..So it can reduce gas and Weak digestion problem..

Castor oil, you only need a few drops on your washed face in the morning. One 200ml bottle will last forever. Castor oil is antiseptic and excellent for dry skin. I love it.😀

Read 'Susruta Samhita' there were ancient diseases which you have not even heard about which were completly cured by ayurveda to an extent that those diseases dont even exist today. Nice video. I love both. As a pre diabetic i tested both rice and chapathi. both raised sugar level. whole wheat benefits but can't digest 😁 Foods made out of flours are enemies to diabetic. But Stick to moderate amount is ok. My badluck my body developed wheat allergy too 😒

Thanks for the informative vid! I’d just like to point out that there’s a cultural aspect as well which needs to be kept in mind. Rice is a staple in South India and bay leaf is not part of the regular spices used there, people eat rice and rice products almost 3 times a day, including snack items, and people have been doing just fine. In spite of this, obesity is rare. Roti has just recently gained popularity there.

I don't know why digesting roti takes more time for me than rice....I feel very heavy with roti....hence I started taking rice..... earlier I used to eat lot of roti...but now the case is opposite...too difficult to digest.. Edit- I am allergic to wheat... that's why
