5 dos and donts for good digestion
Do's -
1. Finish your lunch with ghee-jaggery
2. Have a banana every day, first thing in morning or as evening snack
3. Set your curd with raisins
4. Increase your physical activity/walking
5. Nap for 15-20 mins in the afternoon
Donts -
1. Dont stay dehydrated
2. Dont have chai/ coffee post 4 pm
3. Dont eat your meals in wrong proportions. E.g. dont have more dal or sabzi than rice or roti.
4. Dont have laxatives and dont remove ghee, coconut, peanuts, etc from your diet
5. Don't stay inactive and irregular with exercise.
