I loved this, it’s so hard to have a non-runner process the need and desire runners have to”get out there”! Watching you and reading others comments has created a community of like-minded souls for me. I have, on a number of occasions felt that “the pain of running relieves the pain of living”. I say a silent prayer of gratitude that I am able to run daily, competing for over 30 years.

I've been going to the park before sunrise to get my walk/run in. I live in hot/humid Houston, so it's the only way I can tolerate the heat. It's very quiet. Just me and some ducks. This video helped me feel like I'm not all alone. I plan to move to California in 3 years, so the cooler weather will be great!

What do you think about fasted running?
@elijahorr
@elijahorr 3 жыл бұрын
I think it varies from person to person. I know some people don’t like the feeling of having any food in their stomach when they run and others have such a tight schedule that they don’t have time to eat before they run in the morning. Personally I like to eat at least something small before my morning run. Especially if I know it’s gonna be a harder effort or a longer run, I thinks it’s super important to have some food in you. All depends on your circumstances!
