There is something quite satisfying about getting in a lunchtime run, stretch & shower isn't there! Managed to get one in today, plus this stretch which was great to give myself a chance to unwind afterwards, before getting back to the rest of my day. Rest day today, not been stretching as much as I shpuld after my hiliday runs and low and behold I now have a niggle in my glute, this session has really helped ease it off , just shows can't afford to skip the stretch , thanks Ash 👍🏼
