There is something quite satisfying about getting in a lunchtime run, stretch & shower isn't there! Managed to get one in today, plus this stretch which was great to give myself a chance to unwind afterwards, before getting back to the rest of my day. Thanks Ash, appreciate your videos as always! 💖🏃🏻‍♀️

After a 20 miler today, this hip and glute stretch was essential and has worked wonders. Thanks, Ash. Now for day 7 of the balance challenge.

Loved the pretzely stretch. These stretches were all ones I had never tried before! Thanks for helping me mix it up and take care of my hips 🫶 Also the moment you waved to your daughter was sweet! I thought of my loved ones too.

Saturdays are for long slow runs. And today Mother Nature provided a beautiful blue sky and gusty winds. This video felt great on my tight glutes after a week of yard work. Thanks for a great video!

Thanks Ash. I had my first run today after a break of almost 4 weeks due to bronchitis. Luckily I had someone with me, otherwise I wouldn't have run the 10 km.

Thanks for another great video, Ash! I ran in a 150 mile relay over the weekend, did a little over 31 miles in a 24 hour period, with over 2000 ft of elevation on both road and trails. It was fun!! 😀 Your videos have been instrumental in recovering this week. Thank you!

Rest day today, not been stretching as much as I shpuld after my hiliday runs and low and behold I now have a niggle in my glute, this session has really helped ease it off , just shows can't afford to skip the stretch , thanks Ash 👍🏼
