Your voice is very calming and a nice company to the stretches - I'd like to have something like this as a running company voice over :) Also, I kept undertaanding "shared cow" instead of "shake it out" and that was a lot of fun!

Just what I need prior to a run, great length and excellent dynamic stretching. Just done this and another video to wake up/warm up before setting out for the London Winter 10k #winterrun 😊

Love this warmup when I’m short on time, and also a question that is unrelated but that I wanted answers from multiple sources; Is having proper running socks important?

Thanks glad you enjoy this warmup. Well done for warming up properly 🙌🏻 regarding your question: running sock manufacturers would say it’s important but I suggest finding socks that fit nicely (not too tight) and feel comfortable on the sole and they don’t squish your feet into your shoes. Thats what I look for in a sock 😊
