I actually do this a lot in my own notes so I pronounce different words, especially names the correct way :) But at the same time I have the correct spelling in parentheses either before or afterwards :) Fucking hard to remember how you pronounce Eilistraee fx (and I even think that canonically her name can be pronounced in a variety of ways from "Isle-ISS-tree" to "AISLE-iss-try-ee" :P)
