Good analysis. Fire danger is the reason we stayed near 805 and H Street rather than moving further east. But Covid lockdowns propelled us much, much further east. Homesteaded in Florida last year!

@@LIVINGSANDIEGOCA. We loved living in San Diego for 50 years. It's easy to grow fruit here in Florida, cost of living is less, people are open, warm and friendly. Swimming in warm Gulf and pools is tonic! Love it here in Florida!
