Russ has done so much for the people that support him, that people will never know about. He gives back in major ways. He has a better mindset now than compared to 2015/16 and growth is important to recognize. Russ is an overall amazing artist/person.

Its a bit corny, but Russ's book Its All In Your Head helped me a lot during a time where I was really feeling down about motivation. I don't think I'm at where Russ is at mentally yet, but I've been going in that direction gradually, and hearing this interview reminded me of that. Really loved this interview.

I think recently I've identified with Russ' character and music a little bit more, this interview was definitely a great one. I'm excited for the possibility of Russ getting bigger and making better music, he seems to be a pretty consistent voice now that the hate wave for him has died down. I plan to go back and check out some of his chomp stuff and other albums, the new song with Ed Sheeran was pretty fire too which I never expected.

I'm not the biggest fan of the man's music myself (although he has some bangers for sure) but he's pretty damn big already and has been for a number of years. And when it comes to consistency he's maybe the most consistent hip hop artist out there, he's been putting out a steady stream of projects for well over a decade at this point and while his skill has definitely improved over the years, he's always put out quality music.

Yk what Russ has always been talented af he just dropped the ball when it came to his songwriting and has been too pretentious, arrogant, and corny (although tbf Mick Jenkins is extremely pretentious, arrogant, and corny yet still has a very solid catalog of high quakity projects). But his beat selection and even his production abilities were never lacking, he clearly has good taste in beats. So even if he isnt the best rapper himself he always had potential
