Beautiful performance by the massed bands! The snowfall makes it so epic! It’s a shame that current geopolitical tensions make travel to Russia as difficult as it is. I wish I could attend the Victory Day celebrations next year for the 80th anniversary…

A funny fact. At Putin's inauguration on 7 May 2024, a cannon shot broke a branch. After 2 days, this branch has not been removed. You can see it at 1:00 in the lower right corner. Забавный факт. Во время инаугурации Путина 7 мая 2024 года пушечный выстрел сломал ветку. Спустя 2 дня эта ветка так и не была убрана. Вы можете увидеть это на 1:00 в правом нижнем углу.

It turned out funny that now in May there were frosts and snowfall. Moscow looks stereotypical, as if it is always winter in Russia. Забавно получилось, что сейчас в мае были заморозки и снегопад. Москва выглядит стереотипно, как будто в России всегда зима.

It snowed at the Victory Day parade, in May. Meanwhile, it was 75 in Ohio yesterday, and will be a little cooler, but 70 here today.

They had the better attractive Women than our American Women hands down. I was going there back in the late 1990,s time period but not enough Finances to do so . Today thanks to Russia 🇷🇺 invading Ukraine 🇺🇦 me traveling to Russia 🇷🇺 is nowadays out of the Question 🙋‍♂️.

The Soviet and Russian anthem have the same melody, I believe. Fun fact: in the 1990s, the Russian anthem had no lyrics at all so it was just the Soviet anthem without lyrics.
